Sizing of Mandrels: Kindly note that with the TiN coating on the Mandrels, there is a slight variance in sizing due to the “thickness” of the Titanium Nitride coating. When manufacturing, the mandrels are quality checked regularly throughout the process to ensure that the machine sizing is accurate. We do everything in our power to try and make sure that the tolerances are met.
